On this occasion of forging ahead, 18 colleagues and new talents, with firm ideals, gathered from all corners of the world, interpreting the power of youth through struggle, injecting vibrant and vibrant "fresh blood" into Greatyu.
In order to accelerate the integration of new employees into Greatyu and enhance their understanding and awareness of the company, this training was held. This training includes new employee onboarding training, safety education, and system training.
Thirteen new employees participated in this training, and before the start of the training, everyone introduced themselves and shared their feelings and future plans since joining the company.

The first lesson of the onboarding training is conducted by Hou Qian from the Human Resources and Administration Department, focusing on learning about the company culture. Through the company introduction, cultural introduction, and system introduction, new employees can have a deeper understanding of the company system and corporate culture, and then integrate into the company.

Subsequently, safety manager Wang Qifeng watched some accident pictures, combined with the actual situation of the company, and encouraged new employees to learn from safety accident cases, pay attention to potential safety hazards in safety production, in order to prevent safety accidents from happening. Only by strengthening their own prevention awareness and improving their ability to prevent accidents.

Finally, preliminary training was conducted by Zhou Suwen, a trainer for the OA system from the information department, and Han Qinran, a trainer for the TMS system. This allowed everyone to have a better understanding of the company's system and improve their work efficiency in future applications.
